The Hill Bird School, Mussoorie was founded in the year 1988, with a vision to caters to the educational needs of those who would like to have their children brought up in a modern public school emphasizing on all-round development of personality and character throughout life, with a focus on close contact between the teacher and the taught and a wide range of activities that help to attain self-fulfillment.

The Hill Bird is situated in a spacious beautiful natural environment at a hill top at Barlowganj in Mussoorie. The scenery surrounding consists of mountains clad with Himalayan Oaks, Deodars and below stretches the vast Doon Valley, further is the Shiwaliks. History of The School
The Hill Bird School was established by founder Principal Mr. Pradeep Kumar Dwivedi on the 7th day of March 1988 on the aims of HILL BIRD EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY. This provided education for twenty children in the year 1988. It is established as a Non-Conformist School. Education is based to give the children sound academic and practical training, environment awareness, independent creative thinking, psychological welfare and physical moral welfare receive equally careful attention from our very dedicated and capable stall.
